NG Property Renovation manage the building of houses, annexes, garages, swimming pools, garden rooms, conservatories, home offices and out-buildings as well as the builders and trades people working on the project.

Most of our clients start with an initial idea and contact us for advice. Some clients have already consulted an architect or a builder and may have already had some plans drawn, applied for planning permission and made some early enquiries with builders and other trades people.

Our reputation has grown over the years and clients usually come to us right at the beginning of a project. Our complete service includes a design assessment of your ideas and we are usually able to suggest ideas you may not have considered were possible. NG Property can provide you with building plans at a fraction of the cost an architect will charge but we are also happy to work with your architect's plans once they have been submitted and granted permission. We have a thorough knowledge of building regulations and local and national planning requirements and have saved our clients considerable time and money as a result of our expertise and experience.

During our projects we keep you updated on the progress with weekly site meetings and interim progress reports.
