Nick takes time to listen and understand what the client would like to achieve and offer his experience and guidance to take forward the ideas and removing issues or problems that may otherwise not have been considered.
Architectural Plans
Suitable planning and architectural drawings need to be provided for submission for building consent prior to most building projects. Nick Groom is an experienced draughtsman and provides detailed architectural plans to a high standard for planning applications for all types of property including outline permission for new buildings. Where clients have already commissioned architects plans Nick is happy to work with your existing architect.
Local Planning Office
The planning process requires experience and knowledge to enable the smoothest possible progression of planning applications. Nick has a thorough understanding of local planning issues and general criteria pertinent to the local areas.
Listed Building Consent
Listed Buildings Consent is a part of the planning process and runs concurrently with Planning Applications.
